ChildCare Funded Fees

At Unicorn childcare the fees we charge help us provide your child's rich experience with us and keep them safe.
Part of our fees will be used towards purchasing or replacing toys and equipment we use on a daily basis.
We also provide outsourced activities such as Heartbeeps, Play ball , dance and ballet sessions.
All of our fees include items such as Nappies, Suncream and
2 hot meals prepared onsite every day.(lunch and dinner)

We offer full day packages from  8am -6pm .Half days are from at 8-12.50pm or 1-6pm 

Our fees are subject to a review and any change will be implemented from the 2nd of January 2026.

We encourage funded places and can offer early years entitled funding for all eligible children.
Children are eligible to receive Universal 15hrs funding from the START OF THE TERM Following THEIR 3RD BIRTHDAY.

For example 3rd birthday between Jan 01 - March 31st start date for funding 1st April
1st April -31st August, 1st Sept and 1st September -31st December will be 1st January

Families who are entitled to a further 15hrs Extended funding (making a total of 30hrs) for their 3-4yr olds. Please use the gov website to check if you qualify www.gov.uk/apply-30-hours-free-tax-free.childcare

We accept families who are eligible to receive FEET funding 15hours for their 2years old ,please check the county website for eligibity www.Surreycc.gov.uk/feet

Our fees are payable at the start of each month and can be made by direct debit if preferred or bank transfer.

Fees are calculated on the number of days the child is booked in per month.  Any additional days  early or late collections are by request and subject to availability.

Our fees are calculated on a 51 week year as we are closed for 1 week during Christmas.

Half Day Fees are paid by the Month on an ad-hoc basis with a minimum of 15hrs required 
(please contact a member of staff for more details)
Half Days on an availability basis only at £42.00 per session

FUNDED SPACES
Unicorn children can access 570 hrs per year up to a maximum of 15 hours per week for 38 weeks (term time). As we are open throughout the year we stretch our offer so parents can access 11.2hrs per week to ensure consistency of invoicing throughout the year. Parents of any 3 and 4 year olds who successfully apply through the gov website and receive an authorisation code can access up to a further 570 hours a year. This gives a combined total of 22.40hrs per week available through our stretched offer.
